Chef Muhlbaum's cuilinary journey began as soon as he could see over the counter in his parent's Louisville, KY kitchen. Fortunately born into a food family, Chef Abraham experienced authentic cuisines from around the world without leaving his home. His father, Steve, lent his Israeli lineage and extensive cuilinary experience to initiate Abraham into the worlds of Mediterranean cuisine and professional foodservice. His mother, Jan, patiently guided Abraham through her family's traditional southern recipes and introduced him to the science of baking. Chef Abraham has extensive high-end and fine dining restaurant experience, both in the kitchen and behind the bar. His recipe repertoire ranges from around the world, with emphasis on Mediterranean, Mexican, Japanese, and Traditional Southern flavors prepared with the finest techniques from around the world.
Coursed meals available for parties of 6 or more. Hors d'oueurves, small plates, and casual service for parties of 8 or more. Cuilinary instruction available for groups of 1-10. Wine, beer, and custom craft cocktail service available. From scratch-made artisan breads to charcuterie boards showcasing fresh local ingredients, Chef Abraham will partner with the event host/planner to guarantee the optimal dining experience for your guests.
